About us

Built by lifters. For lifters.

We’re a couple in our twenties with one goal: to build the best 24-hour strength and powerlifting gym in the South.

It started in 2022 with a Tinder match, two hospitality jobs, and a shared obsession with lifting heavy. We left hospitality, became personal trainers in a commercial gym, and quickly realised the system was broken—sky-high rent, limited freedom, and a space that didn’t serve serious training.

So we decided to build what we couldn’t find.

What began as a small PT studio quickly became something bigger. For over a year, Tom drove thousands of miles, invested everything he had, and personally sourced every piece of equipment. The vision outgrew the plan—and suddenly, we needed a real facility.

Then came Unit 10.

We’d pointed at it driving past just days before and said, “If we could get something like that, it would be perfect.” When the email landed, it felt like fate. Bigger than planned, but exactly what we needed.

On January 22nd, 2025, we got the keys.
Two months. Sleepless nights. 100+ hour weeks. Renovating the space while still working full-time as PTs.

On March 22nd, we opened the doors to our 100 Founding Members, giving them exclusive access while we finished building the gym.

On April 26th, we opened to the public.

Since then, we’ve kept building—adding more equipment, upgrading facilities, and refining the gym based entirely on member feedback.

This isn’t just a gym.
It’s the space we always wished existed.

FAQ’S

  • Yes, the gym has two toilet’s, one with large shower & changing space.

  • We have 5x spaces on the left of the forecourt outside the facility. Once those are taken we kindly ask you to park on the industrial estate/ road, responsibly and with consideration for the other local businesses.

  • We are 24/7 for members

  • No we do not do day passes, we are members only gym. You can arrange to come and look around by contacting us now.

  • Yes! all out memberships unless stated otherwise have the availability to purchase up to 2x guest passes per month at an additional £8 per pass. This is different to a day pass as the guest must know & be brought in by a member.

  • Yes, we have a student membership which is £38/month & a Blue light membership £38/month & no contract.

  • Yes we do offer a trial session if you’re looking to sign up! Fill out the contact form and we will organise this.
