The girls strength club

This week we are running a back and pull up strength workout in the gym, the session will be lead by Jay Baker (owner & PT).

Suitable for all abilities, all exercises will be demonstrated and a PT there to support anyone new joining.

The Girls Strength Club is a women’s fitness social club running every Sunday and Monday for members. It’s a time where you can come and train with the support of other gym girls, all abilities welcome, you can either join a lead session or do your own thing but just be around other strong women bossing it in the strength section.
