Sunday session: The Girls Strength Club

Women’s social club running every Sunday 10am-12pm & Thursday 6pm-8pm. A chance for women to come along, meet new people and train in a social setting!

THIS WEEK WE ARE: partner up leg workout & coffee

  • Partner up with someone new and go through a leg workout! Personal trainer on hand to give suggestions if needed!

This is for you if...

  • You’re starting the gym for the first time and are unsure where to start! (a qualified PT will be on hand to show you workouts and help if needed @jay_ibcoaching)

  • You’ve been going to the gym but you want to meet new people and build friendships with like minded women.

  • You like training with a social environment.

  • Suitable for all ages and abilities! We have members who are 50+ and some who are 18.

What is it?

  • Thursdays 6-8pm - the time each week where the girls meet, chat and train together (or you can follow your own workout)!

  • Sunday sessions 10am-12pm - Are group decided activities ranging from lead strength sessions, run clubs, trying a new sport finished off with a coffee shop stop!

  • Training Room members only - join now via our website

PIZZA & PR'S OPEN DAY

🗓️ August 23rd PUBLIC OPEN DAY - anyone can attend (must be 16+ to use the faclities)

It’s not just any Saturday. It’s our Open Day, and it’s going to be a celebration of all things lifting, laughing, and (of course) eating pizza.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • FREE entry to our gym. Yup, you read that right. Come lift some weights, smash some PBs, and hang out with our squad.

  • Pizza (because what’s a good workout without carbs?) 🍕

  • Coffee – We’ve got a local coffee crew bringing the beans for your caffeine fix. ☕

  • Beef jerky & massage demos from some of the coolest local vendors.

    We’ve got a bunch of local legends joining us to make this day extra special:

    • Tikaani Coffee – Coffee that will wake you up and fuel your lifts.

    • Rocky’s Pizza – Fresh, hand stretched dough baked to perfection.

    • Punk Jerky -- The best beef jerky in town (trust us, it’s a game-changer).

    • Roovitalise & Fit2Perform – Massage tasters to help those sore muscles after a heavy deadlift session.

    • Relaxrecovertrowbridge -- Sport compression boots to help those quads recover fast.

    • Wiltshire grapping Academy — coming along to host some run challenges in return for pizza.

It’s not just a workout event – it’s a community event. Bring your gym buddies, your neighbor who says they “used to lift,” or just come meet new people who are as obsessed with heavy squats and snacks as you are. 😏

Suitable for all abilities, slow paced walk and chat with a coffee!!

The Girls Strength Club is a women’s fitness social club running every Sunday and Monday for members. It’s a time where you can come and train with the support of other gym girls, all abilities welcome, you can either join a lead session or do your own thing but just be around other strong women bossing it in the strength section.
