Sunday session: The Girls Strength Club

Women’s social club running every Sunday 10am-12pm & Thursday 6pm-8pm. A chance for women to come along, meet new people and train in a social setting!

THIS WEEK WE ARE: trying beginners tennis & coffee

  • You’ll need a tennis racket!!! that’s it

This is for you if...

  • You’re starting the gym for the first time and are unsure where to start! (a qualified PT will be on hand to show you workouts and help if needed @jay_ibcoaching)

  • You’ve been going to the gym but you want to meet new people and build friendships with like minded women.

  • You like training with a social environment.

  • Suitable for all ages and abilities! We have members who are 50+ and some who are 18.

What is it?

  • Thursdays 6-8pm - the time each week where the girls meet, chat and train together (or you can follow your own workout)!

  • Sunday sessions 10am-12pm - Are group decided activities ranging from lead strength sessions, run clubs, trying a new sport finished off with a coffee shop stop!

  • Training Room members only - join now via our website
