You’re starting the gym for the first time and are unsure where to start! (a qualified PT will be on hand to show you workouts and help if needed @jay_ibcoaching)
You’ve been going to the gym but you want to meet new people and build friendships with like minded women.
You like training with a social environment.
Suitable for all ages and abilities! We have members who are 50+ and some who are 18.
What is it?
Thursdays 6-8pm - the time each week where the girls meet, chat and train together (or you can follow your own workout)!
Sunday sessions 10am-12pm - Are group decided activities ranging from lead strength sessions, run clubs, trying a new sport finished off with a coffee shop stop!
